My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms were very large and solid, though a bit loud at times. They had all the necessary appliances but could have a slight smell of smoke. The service was outstanding, as the staff was super friendly and even surprised us with chocolates and prosecco for our special occasion. The location was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views, yet the layout of the resort being staggered over different levels could be challenging. The dining experience was lovely, especially the buffet, but slightly overpriced. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
